• All renters must bring a government-issued photo ID that includes their date of birth (18 years or older). Photocopies and photos will be accepted.

• Renters must bring 1 credit card that matches the renter's ID per reservation.

• You MUST complete a boater safety test or present a Florida boater safety license if you were born in 1988 or later.

• Renters must be at least 18 years old to participate.

• Renters must arrive at the pickup location 30 minutes before their reservation time.

• Two people are allowed per JetCar and the combined weight cannot exceed 400 lb / 190 kg.

• All participants must complete and sign the liability waiver before beginning the tour.

• The renter may not participate if she is pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Follow all oral instructions.

• No refunds will be issued if you do not show up or cancel your reservation.
