Only adult drivers who have signed the Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver may operate the vehicles.

Do not operate any ATV/UTV in a reckless or dangerous manner.

A helmet must be worn at all times while operating or riding an ATV/UTV.

Obey all signs and do not exceed posted speed limits.

Drive within your skill level; don't overdo it. Be careful!

Avoid participating in races, contests, or similar activities with vehicles.

Be careful of trees, debris, falls and other hazards.

Alcohol should not be consumed before or during the use of rented vehicles or equipment.

Stay on designated trails and respect “Do Not Enter” or private property signs.

Return vehicles on time to avoid additional charges.

To ride, you must be 16 years or older with a valid state ID or passport.

We require a $50 damage deposit per ATV upon arrival, which will be fully refunded upon return of the ATV.

For passengers, the minimum age is 5 years old with an adult.

Each ATV can carry two people as long as the combined weight does not exceed 300 pounds at no additional charge.
